We invest in software that absorbs that work into machines, so the people doing it spend their time on the dynamic, creative, decision-making parts of the job instead. Compound EBIT by addition — not by squeezing margins.

We grow EBIT by acquiring complementary businesses into one platform. Cost-cutting is not the lever; integration, cross-sell, and shared engineering are. The whole re-rates at a higher multiple as it scales.

Target: 5 acquisitions averaging €1.5M EBIT inside 5 years.

Share swaps so you ride the expansion with us.

Each deal blends cash and Opperly Capital shares — the exact mix is shaped together with the founder around what fits the business. The point is the same either way: founders stay invested through the multiple expansion instead of cashing out and watching from the sidelines.

Fits Opperly Capital

  • EBIT €0.5M–€2M — profitable, with two clean years of accounts
  • Tech-enabled — software, AI, data, or engineering-heavy services
  • Recurring or repeatable revenue — SaaS, retainer, multi-year contracts
  • NL or Spain HQ — operations in either country (or both)
  • Founder willing to stay 12–24 months as operator post-close
  • Open to share-swap — wants to share in the platform upside

Not a fit

  • Pre-EBIT or breakeven businesses still finding product-market fit
  • Pure consultancy with no productised offering and no recurring revenue

  • Founders who want a full cash exit and to walk on day one
  • Companies dependent on a single customer (> 40% concentration)
